Small factory

Maznaga Precision Co.,Ltd was founded in October 1963 by Hideo Matsunaga.

The company began as a small local factory, initially focusing on metal processing.

~1990s

Sony Trinitron Color TV

We processed and assembled mass-produced components for Sony’s Trinitron color television “WEGA” and other products.

Our core business at the time centered on manufacturing electron gun components.

2000s

Canon IXY digital camera

The factory was relocated to its current site in Kawasaki City, and capital was increased to ¥20 million.

Our primary business shifted to the processing and assembly of mass-produced components for Canon’s “IXY” digital cameras and other products.

2010s

Fusion splicers and laser processing

In response to changing times, we expanded our capabilities to include new technologies, prototype development, and handcrafted products.

Processing and assembly of components for Fujikura fusion splicers and laser processing machines became our core business.

Year 2022

60th Aniversary

Since the 2000s, we have made a significant shift toward digitalization, evolving into an urban manufacturing company that seamlessly integrates design, processing, inspection, and shipping based on 3D data.

Matsunaga’s DNA—our unwavering commitment to meeting customer needs—continues to be passed down through generations as we mark our 60th year.
