Cutting parts

We are equipped to handle a wide range of cutting processes, from 5-axis and multitasking machining for small-lot, high-mix production to NC lathe machining for mass production.

Sheet Metal Parts

We handle a wide range of parts—from fingertip-sized components to large items such as equipment covers—utilizing wire EDM, CO₂/fiber laser processing, etching, and other shape-cutting methods, as well as bending, drawing, and various press forming techniques.

Surface processing

Various surface treatments—including plating, anodizing, painting, and coating—can be provided in conjunction with parts manufacturing.

Molded parts

We support everything from prototyping to mass production, including molding and insert molding.

Other

We offer heat treatment, barrel and blast polishing, as well as assembly processing services.
